I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fabulous and had a great variety. The location was perfect, very close to the main square. The pool was peaceful and clean.

The lighting in the hallways was quite dim. I found that to be only a very small nuisance.

The hotel is situated a short, pleasant walk from the medina. A park and a large monument stand between the hotel and the main square, Jamaa el-Fna.

Breakfast included many choices. I appreciated the healthy food options available. The restaurant staff opened a bit early one morning because I was going on a day trip to the desert, I am very grateful.

The hotel has a large, clean pool with a relaxing area around it. There is 24-hour security at the entrance gate and in the reception area. The grounds feature a terrace with a beautiful garden.

My room had a balcony that worked as a great suncatcher. The beds felt really comfortable. The room had a good temperature at night. Plug sockets were available on both sides of the bed.

the pool area seemed nice enough for a quick dip..

My room smelled pretty bad and felt unclean. the shower hose was too short. I had to kneel in the tub. noise was also a problem. Loud football played in the lobby until late and hallway conversations were easily heard.

The breakfast was very good and offered various options (I especially liked the fresh pancakes). The swimming pool was clean and there were enough sunbeds. The staff were friendly. They spoke fluent english, french and spanish. The location is perfect being near to main square.

the pool area was very nice. it had great sunbeds. the location worked good, its a short walk into the medina.

the receptionist wasn't very helpful and didnt smile. the room was more basic than expected and plug sockets was hard to reach.
